Job Summary:

The Magpier Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced WordPress, HTML, CSS, and PHP Website Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance websites for our company and clients. The developer should have expertise in WordPress customization, front-end development, and PHP-based backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• WordPress Development:
• Design, develop, and customize WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
• Optimize WordPress websites for performance, speed, and SEO.
• Ensure site security and implement best security practices.
• Front-End Development:
• Develop responsive and interactive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility.
• Work with designers to translate UI/UX designs into functional web components.
• Back-End Development:
• Develop and manage custom PHP-based web applications.
• Integrate APIs, databases (MySQL), and third-party services.
• Debug and resolve website issues and bugs.
• Maintenance & Support:
• Regularly update WordPress plugins, themes, and core versions.
• Troubleshoot website errors and technical issues.
• Optimize website performance and loading speed.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure seamless website updates.
• Document technical processes and solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

✅ Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in WordPress development and PHP-based website development.

✅ Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in WordPress, PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with WooCommerce, Elementor, Divi, or other page builders.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with cPanel, FTP, and domain management.
• Experience in integrating third-party APIs (Payment Gateways, CRMs, etc.) is a plus.
• Understanding of Git/version control is a plus.
